FASMEC'S HISTORY AND PROFILE
Microfinance Institution, Samporn Samakum Sahakreas Thuntoch Neung Matjum Kampuchea Plc. Is located with its address at Building No. 166, Preah Norodom Boulevard, Sangkat Tonle Bassac , Khan Chamkar Morn , opposite the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, near traffic light Chamkar Morn . As a really private institution which obtained the license from the National Bank of Cambodia on September 05, 2015. And also, The institution was registered with the Ministry of Commerce and received a business certificate on September 06, 2015. Instantaneously, Microfinance Institution, Samporn Samakum Sahakreas Thuntoch Neung Matjum Kampuchea Plc. had launched Officially inauguration and began its operations on September 07, 2015 on the same day. In the year 2019, the institution expanded to another branch, with the address of House No. 15 EoE1, Highway No. 21, Samrong One Village, Sangkat Takhmao, Takhmao City, Kandal Province, Kingdom of Cambodia. The purpose of expanding our operations is to facilitate customers for loan disbursement and payment and offering a good solutions to customers. In particularly, the institution has established a Call Center and Hotline for communication to respond to customer complaints and questions in a timely and transparent manner.
